Product Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

 

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the AU BEST BUY Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in product warranties. Your placement of an order or a bid at the AU BEST BUY Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

 

Replacement Warranty

If buyer receives item ¡®dead on arrival¡¯, a replacement will be issued upon receipt of return. Item must be returned by Registered Post within 3 calendar days of the receipt of item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All items must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals and CD that shipped with the product. Replacement is acceptable within 14 days after date of receipt of item. All items with personal or physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering are not covered by warranty, which may not be accepted for return or repair.

What is ¡®Dead on Arrival¡¯? A product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box.

Please note if we determine that a returned product is not DOA, we will apply standard manufacturer warranty to the product.

 

Manufacturer Warranty

3 Months - 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty (may vary from product to product, as mentioned in listing).

Buyer must send us the product for repair. After checking the damage and its cause, it may take up to 20 - 40 business days to repair the item and send back. Buyer is responsible for repair charges if applicable and return shipping charges. The handling fee may apply on the warranty item. The fees need to be paid prior to repair if applicable. Buyer must contact us before returning unit back. Handling fees apply on warranty after 3 months from date of invoice.

All items with personal or physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering are not covered by warranty. The product may not be accepted for return or repair. The repair cost is provided by manufacturer. The warranty or repair may not be processed if buyer does not pay the repair cost in time.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or swap accessories with other products.

Please understand that the warranty is based on date when buyer reports item faulty and we confirm that report is received by us. If buyer didn¡¯t report it in time so that warranty is expired, the return may not be accepted.

 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange to different model, please send us an email or message for an exchange request within 14 calendar day of the receipt of the product. The exchange is only acceptable within 14 days of the receipt of the product. If you ask for exchange, firstly, please confirm that all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Otherwise, the product may not be returned for exchange under any circumstances.

The buyer must pay extra 9% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory. The extra fee will be applied if retuned unit, box and accessories are not in brand-new and resalable conditions.

 

Refund Policy

If you receive an item that is significantly different to its description, please send us an email or message for a refund request within 14 calendar day of the receipt of the product. The refund is only acceptable within 14 days of the receipt of the product. If you ask for refund, firstly, please confirm that all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Otherwise, the product may not be returned for refund under any circumstances.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must post the product to us by Registered Post within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

*Returns are acceptable within 14 days of receipt. Replacement, exchange or refund can be issued upon receipt of return. Item & product box must be in brand-new condition, and returned by Insured Registered Post & packed in the original packaging including all accessories. If buyer asks for exchange or refund, postage is non-refundable & a 9% restocking fee applies. All items with scratches, personal or physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering cannot be accepted for return.

NOTE: our store recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to JT Store or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
